For thirty years, the Neighborhood Health Services Corporation, formerly known as the Plainfield Health Center has worked to bring quality and accessible health care services to Plainfield and the surrounding area. From our humble beginnings, where we served a small, targeted maternal and infant population, to a comprehensive federally qualified health center serving thousands of individuals, our primary concern has been to make quality health care available to all citizens. Over the years, we have greatly contributed to a healthier and more productive community.

Today, the Neighborhood Health Services Corporation continues to meet the health care needs of our community, through a highly trained and dedicated staff. NHSC serves over 22,000 patients, with over 80,000 patient visits per year. Neighborhood Health Services Corporation offers comprehensive services for all members of our diverse community, regardless of age, race, or income.
