GENERAL
INFORMATION
The Neighborhood Health Services Corporation Plainfield offers a variety of healthcare programs for individuals and families.
They include: adult medicine, adolescent medicine, pediatrics, school-based
services, obstetrics and gynecology, family planning, dentistry, health
education, social services, and after-hours care. The following information
pertains to all services except where otherwise noted in each section.
Hours of Service
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8am - 5pm
Tuesday and Thursday 8am - 8pm
Saturday
9am - 1pm
Payment
Most forms of insurance coverage, including Medicaid and Medicare are
accepted. NHSC Medicare patients are exempt from payment of the deductible
amount. Patients who do not have insurance are eligible for services through
NHSC's Access to Healthcare program. Visa, MasterCard, American Express
are accepted.
