PLAINFIELD NEIGHBORHOOD HEALTH SERVICES CORPORATION CELEBRATES
THE 10TH ANNUAL GALA AND SILENT AUCTION

Plainfield, NJ, April 17, 2006—On May 5, 2006 at 7 P.M., Plainfield Neighborhood Health Services Corporation will celebrate the 10th Annual Gala and Silent Auction at the Bridgewater Marriott. The fundraising event “Looking Back…Reaching Forward” acknowledges the past accomplishments and dedicated commitment of former Oliver J. Bartlett honorees from 2001-2005. The Oliver J. Bartlett award symbolizes the commitment of an individual who works tirelessly to create access to primary health care for an otherwise unserved and uninsured growing population in our communities.

PNHSC is honoring Mr. Andrew Greene, CEO, from Robert Wood Johnson Health Network and Mr. David Tyree, NFL 2005 All-Pro, of the New York Giants.

Proceeds from the event will support the growth of the health centers by expanding space for specialty services and support collaborative programs such as asthma and childhood obesity. Currently the centers service over 22,200 patients annually at four different sites in Plainfield and ElizabethPort. These programs bring high quality primary care services staffed with board certified providers.
Major sponsors for the Gala are Robert Wood Johnson Health Network, Amerigroup and Oxford Health Plans. Sponsorships, and journal ad placements are still available.

The event is open to the public and tickets can be purchased by calling 908 753-6401. For tickets and inquires about the event, contact Anna M. Enriquez, Director of Marketing at ext. 195 or Eugene Baucum, Vice President & Business Development Officer at ext 207.
