VISION, VALUES
The Neighborhood Health Services Corporation's mission is to provide high quality, customer focused, cost-effective
primary health care services in a safe and accessible environment for
the residents of the City of Plainfield and surrounding communities. NHSC
is especially dedicated to providing consistent, high quality primary
health care services to the medically needy and indigent populations of
these communities.
The Neighborhood Health Services Corporation Board of Directors, volunteers, medical staff,
allied health care professionals, and management team are committed to
leadership in the delivery of health care services for the residents of
Plainfield and its neighboring communities. The Neighborhood Health Services Corporation
pledges that:

seeks care will be welcomed, comforted and assisted by our collective
talents without regard to financial status. We shall hold in trust the
confidential relationship between patient and provider.
