DIRECTIONS

Route 22 East

• Take Rock Avenue Exit (Dunkin Donuts on right corner)
  
• Stay on Rock Avenue, Neighborhood Health Services Corporation Plainfield approx. 2 miles on right

Route 22 West

• Take Rock Avenue Exit (Past Circuit City on left) and cross Route 22
• Stay on Rock Avenue, Neighborhood Health Services Corporation Plainfield approx. 0.2 miles on right

Route 78 East/West

• Take Exit 40 (The Plainfields, Watchung, Gillette)
  
• At end of Exit ramp, take Route 531 South (Hillcrest Road)- up hill, then down long hill
  
• At Stop Sign, turn right taking you onto the Watchung Circle
  
• Turn left to travel 3/4 around circle, exiting to continue on Route 531 South (follow blue 'H' signs)
  
• At end, turn right onto Route 22 West
  
• Exit at Rock Avenue. (Past Circuit City on left)
  
• Cross Route 22, stay on Rock Avenue, Neighborhood Health Services Corporation Plainfield approx. 2 miles on right
  

Route 287 South

• Take Exit for Route 529/Dunellen placing you on South Washington Avenue
• At first traffic light turn left onto Stelton Road Cross RR tracks, bear right onto Washington Avenue
• Turn right onto W. 7th Street (drug store on near left corner)
• At 2nd light turn left onto Rock Avenue (Spain Inn Restaurant on near right corner)
• Stay on Rock Avenue, Neighborhood Health Services Corporation Plainfield approx. 2 miles on left

Route 287 North

• Take Exit for Dunellen (Exit after Durham Avenue Exit) bear right onto Stelton Road
• Cross RR tracks, bear right onto Washington Avenue
  
• Turn right onto W. 7th Street (drugstore on near left corner)
  
• At 2nd light, turn left onto Rock Avenue (Spain Inn Restaurant on near right corner)
  
• Stay on Rock Avenue, Neighborhood Health Services Corporation Plainfield approx. 2 miles on left
  

Garden State Parkway North

• Take Exit 131 (Not 131A or B), bear right onto Route 27 South (Lincoln Highway)
  
• Turn right at first traffic light onto Wood Avenue
  
• Turn left at next traffic light onto 0ak Tree Road
  
• Continue to fourth traffic light and turn right onto Park Avenue
  
• Follow Park Avenue to W. 7th Street (Twin City Supermarket on far left comer), turn left onto West 7th Street
  
• At 6th light, turn right onto Rock Avenue (Spain Inn Restaurant on far left corner)
  
• Stay on Rock Avenue, Neighborhood Health Services Corporation Plainfield approx. 2 miles on left
  

Garden State Parkway (Traveling South)

• Take Exit 140A for Route 22 West (Somerville)
  
• Continue approx. 15 miles on Route 22 West to Rock Avenue Exit (Past Circuit City on left)
  
• Take Rock Avenue Exit and cross Route 22
