DEVELOPMENT
The Neighborhood Health Services Corporation depends on a variety of development activities to provide service to the community. Development includes philanthropic giving and a variety of fundraising events, which all support the different services offered by NHSC. With today's health care and insurance crisis, it takes an active development effort to fund the needs of our patients.

Philanthropic giving is an essential component of NHSC's continued growth and development. Toward that end, NHSC conducts an annual giving campaign, conducts periodic capital campaigns, accepts planned giving, which includes many different kinds of tax-deductible donations, including outright gifts of cash, securities, stocks, real estate and other assets that provide immediate benefits to the health center, and welcomes pledges at any time.
