use an interdental cleaner.
- Eat nutritious
and balanced meals and limit snacking.
- Choose the right
toothbrush. Choose one that has soft bristles and is of a size and
shape that feels comfortable and allows you to reach the surfaces of
every tooth.
- Purchase a new
toothbrush every three or four months or sooner if the bristles become
worn, splayed or frayed.
- Check with your
dentist about use of supplemental fluoride, which strengthens your teeth.
- Visit your dentist
regularly for professional cleanings and oral examination.

fee scale. Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
